Welding.
We offer CNC laser and CNC plasma cutting services. Plasma cutting uses an electrical arc to cut metal, and produces very even, clean, and consistent cuts. We are equipped with high quality CNC machine that operates with our plasma torches to operate with tight tolerances and produce smooth, precise cuts. We can deliver pieces up to 10’x30’.
CNC Cutting.
Somnus Customs has experience in creating signs for all kinds of purposes. Home, business, special event, and other personalized metal signs are all well within our scope of expertise. We’ll help you design your sign with our in house design team and make exactly what you want.. Backlit metal signs are our speciality.

Somnus Customs now offers mobile welding services! Do you have a repair that can’t be moved, and needs repair on-site? We are more than happy to come to your project. Our on-site capabilities include cutting, grinding, fitting, and installing all kinds of structural and artistic metalwork.
Mobile Welding Services
We cut our teeth on getting to do design for be creative with our clients. Problem solving and helping to rapidly prototype their products and get them to market quickly. In addition to rapid prototyping, we also will do short-run manufacturing - this can be a huge cost saving measure, as many factory have minimum orders into the hundreds and thousands of units!
